The auditors of the Company are McGovern Hurley LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, Toronto, Ontario. In connection with the audit of the Company’s financial statements, McGovern Hurley LLP has reported to the Company’s audit committee that they are independent of the Company within the meaning of the relevant rules and related interpretations presented by the relevant professional bodies in Canada and applicable legislation or regulations. The transfer agent and registrar for the Common Shares is Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal office in Toronto, Ontario.
